I hand sewed all of the materials together to create a black cover for my gazebo by stitching the 10m fabric to the 2m roof paneled fabric.
I then purchased material, I brought a 2m x 2m square of fabric and dyed it black for a test and decided although it would be ok for the roof of my peep show it wouldnt be practical for the walls. I went to a materials store in kilburn and purchased 10m of black and grey corded fabric (I took the last 5m of the black fabric) for £2 per meter, some detailing for the peep hole and some sewing string and needles.
Having originally wanting a 160cm - 180cm cube, due to projection size and preference, this was slightly too small at 160cm x 140cm. It was the only option on such short notice so I went with it and worked around the size.
This one stood out because of price and simplicity, but when I looked at the measurements it was too big (250cm x 250cm)
I was told by the wood tech guy that he could not build the wooden structure (outline, in time for examination on the 15th May, This was a problem for me and after a good think and cup of tea, i decided to buy something that replicated the structure I needed. A Gazebo came to mind so I had a look on the cheapest website for home furniture (Argos) and searched for a small gazebo fitting what I had in mind. I found one, A mini childrens fold up gazebo for £19.00.

Due to costing I have now decided that my theme will be more simple, maybe with black material instead, this will ensure full darkness and effect for my projected peep show.
